We provide digital proofs before production begins. Two proof rounds are included, and additional rounds are quoted at $50 each if more revisions are needed.

Approve & Start Production

A 50% deposit is required to begin production, and standard turnaround is 3 weeks from proof approval. Rush service is available for +$250, while custom themes or shapes should allow 6–8 weeks.

Pickup, Delivery, or Shipping

Final balance is due before shipment or pickup. Local pickup is available in Cypress, Houston-area delivery is available for an added fee, and nationwide shipping is available in insured protective packaging.

Timing Matters for Guest-Facing Pieces

Seating chart guest lists are due 7 days before the event in spreadsheet format — hard cutoff, no changes after. Display hardware (easels, stands) is the client’s responsibility and is not included.

Oversized or specialty-cut pieces may require outsourced production, which can affect both pricing and lead time. Design files are archived for future reorders, but print files are not provided.

What themes do you offer?

We offer 10 named Sweet 16 themes with built-in font pairings, including Hollywood Glam, Masquerade Ball, Celestial, Enchanted Garden, Glam & Gold, Tropical / Boho, Crown & Royale, Modern Minimal, Y2K, and Fashion Runway. Custom themes are also available and quoted individually.

Can you match my event colors and theme?

Yes. Every order is built around the event direction, including your primary color, secondary color, and metallic accent, with white/ivory and black/charcoal included as neutrals. Themes are inspired aesthetics, and we do not use licensed logos or copyrighted artwork.

How does pricing work?

We offer four package levels — Starter, Essentials, Celebration, and Ultimate — and we also quote individual pieces à la carte. All pricing is before applicable sales tax, shipping, and rush charges. Final pricing depends on package scope, item count, sign size, materials, and shape complexity.

What is required to begin production?
